It is really helpful when you are out of batteries and your batteries are low, expectially when you are in the middle of a xbox live fight or the middle of a game.

This thing works well and is suprisingly cheap on AMAZON! I think everywhere else it costs roughly $20. This is an absolute must for the xbox360
