First i would like to say that i am no kind of star wars freak, and this is the only star wars game that i will willing play. Decent FPS style, simple controls, and decent replay value. A few minor problems thought, enemy heros are a nightmare to kill, and when you do kill them, they normally bring you down with them. You can't pick up enemy weps! This drives me crazy, every other FPS game that i have played has had this possibility, such as Socom FTB2, Coded arms, assorted James Bond games, (good games...good games...)and just about any other FPS game.
Pros:
Simple controls
Good replay value
fun being a hero
good unit selection
Cons:
enemy heros will normally not die, or take you down with them when they do
enemies will often swamp you
You cant pick up enemy weapons

Well-worth playing and buying!(Review From Amazon) | General Comments:
This starwars game may not be gaming gold, but atleast its bronze! It is pretty fun, and you can go into space battles, and use jedis, and a bunch of other stuff. The downfall is the AI, the selection, and just maybe the graphics. The AI is not vey good. If a tank hovers buy, everyone will chuck grenades and then run up to them, and forget sniping and strategy. There always moving. And for galatic-conquest and instant acction, there are so few planets! No geonosis, no coroscaunt (sorry about spelling), no utapau, and only two space battles. What I'm trying to say is that this game is good and quite fun, but could be much better. |
