Works well for a great price!(Review From Amazon) | General Comments:
When I first saw an ad for this product I thought it would be a standalone controller, complete with its own wireless, motion sensor, and need for batteries. All of this, of course, would make it very expensive, so I wondered why anyone would even think this is worth it. But thankfully, it is just an attachment for your regular Wii remote, making it only ten bucks new! It works great, and was easy to get used to, even if it doesn't really let me hold it the way I hold an actual steering wheel. I was never any good at the racing mini-games on my Warioware and Mario Party games (I don't actually own any racing games) because I found it really annoying to hold the remote in the driving configuration ("The Chauffeur" position in Warioware). Although it's inconvenient to use and switch around for mini-games, it definitely helped, and at 10 dollars it still felt worth it. If you play a lot of motion sensing racing games, I'd say that this is undoubtedly worth it, since it erases the awkwardness and inconvenience of holding the Wii remote by the edges. |
